Clive Sims has a strong background in supply chain management and demand planning. Clive began their career as a Trainee Merchandise Planner at Tesco PLC in 2007 and later worked as an Assistant Merchandise Planner. In 2010, they joined Super Retail Group as a Demand Planner and quickly advanced to Senior Demand Planner and then Demand & Inventory Planning Manager. Clive then spent a year at Tesco PLC as a Branch Merchandising Manager before joining Argos as a Demand Forecasting Manager in 2015. Sims returned to Super Retail Group in 2016 as a Supply Chain Planning Manager and later became the Supply Optimisation Manager. Clive'smost recent position is Head of Demand, Supply & Replenishment - Auto at Super Retail Group.
Clive Sims earned a 2.1 BSc (Hons) degree in Marketing from Lancaster University between 2004 and 2007. In 2011 and 2012, they completed the APICS CPIM Program at The Association for Operations Management, specializing in BSCM, DSP, and ECO.
