Kelsey Wettlaufer

Kelsey Wettlaufer is an experienced professional in human resources and compensation analysis, currently serving as a Compensation Analyst at Superior Propane since January 2018. Kelsey’s background includes roles as a Human Resources Analyst and Human Resources Coordinator, where responsibilities encompassed creating and updating job descriptions for numerous positions and facilitating the hiring process. Prior experience includes a position as a Human Resources Administrator at Packers Plus Energy Services Inc., notable for developing an inventory tracking system for job descriptions and supporting government grant documentation. Kelsey also has a strong customer service foundation, demonstrated in previous roles at Diva Salon and Spa and Sunterra Market, with a focus on problem-solving and operational efficiency. Kelsey earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources from Mount Royal University and holds an Excel Certificate from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.
