Sean Smit

Sean Smit is a seasoned professional in the field of organizational psychology and talent development, currently serving as a Senior People Care Partner and Business Partner & OD Consultant at Superside since January 2022. Prior experience includes a role as a Talent Development & Organizational Development Specialist at Fidelity Security Group and an Industrial Psychologist Intern at Fidelity ADT. Sean Smit also has a background in graphic design, having worked as a Junior Graphic Designer at Gecko Studios. Educational qualifications comprise a Master's degree and a BHon in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from North-West University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and Clinical Psychology. Additionally, Sean Smit holds a Licentiate degree in Drama from the South African Guild of Dramatic Arts and has experience as a facilitator, mentor, and radio disc jockey.
