Rinat Rakhimkulov

Rinat Rakhimkulov has extensive work experience in various roles related to engineering and project management in the oil and gas industry. Rinat has worked as a Chief Specialist at Surhan Gas Chemical Operating Company since 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Licensors Units Manager at AO (JSC) SIBUR, AO NIPIGAS, where they were responsible for designing new plants and conducting technical evaluations. Rinat also worked at Rosneft as the Manager of the Refinery Commerce and Logistics Audit Division and as a Project Manager in the Refinery Development Department. Rinat has experience in managing the engineering division at LUKOIL Uzbekistan Operating Company LLC and working as a Lead Engineer at OOo PF VIS. Rinat's previous roles also include Deputy Chief Engineer at OOo ZapSib NPZ and Chief Engineer of the Project Office at OAO (OJSC) Salavatnefteorgsintez. Rinat started their career as the Head of Process Department at OAO Salavatnefteorgsintez Refinery Plant and as a Deputy Head at OAO AK Transneft, OAO Sibnefteprovod, and Cherkassy Oil Pipeline Administration.

Rinat Rakhimkulov began their education in 1994 at Ufa State Petroleum Technical University. Rinat pursued a degree in Engineering through full-time study, completing their studies in 1999. In 2001, Rinat enrolled in the Bashkir Governmental Administration and Management Academy of the President of Bashkortostan. Rinat pursued a degree in Business Administration and Management, General through evening study and completed their studies in 2004.

Surhan Gas Chemical Operating Company

Surhan Gas Chemical Operating Company was established as a part of the project for development of the Mustakillikning 25 yilligi gas field. The company will manage operations in the following areas: - Field development - Construction of a gas treatment plant - Supplementary exploration of the Boysun investment block Project implementation term - 35 years. During the first stage, the plan is to create capabilities for gas recovery and gas processing. The area of the investment block is 3,600 sq. km.
