Mariah Maguire-Fong

Mariah Maguire-Fong is a seasoned professional in learning and development, currently serving as a Senior Learning and Development Program Manager at SurveyMonkey since May 2024. With extensive experience at Year Up from February 2015 to August 2023, Mariah held multiple leadership roles including National Senior Director of Staff Learning, where a high-performing team was led to create engaging multi-modal content for over 900 staff and manage a budget exceeding $250k. Mariah also transitioned onboarding processes to virtual learning during a significant organizational shift and previously contributed to marketing strategies and digital solutions throughout a diverse career that includes positions at SketchyMedical, Inspiring Capital, John Wiley and Sons, Akashic Books, and the NYC Department of Education. Mariah holds an MBA from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and a B.A. in English from the University of California, Berkeley.
