Previously, Michel held leadership roles at SurveyMonkey, including Lead Product Designer for Solutions and Senior Product Designer for GetFeedback, focusing on core customer experience and product architecture. Prior to SurveyMonkey, Michel worked at Move as Lead Designer, and at TomTom in various senior design roles, contributing to navigation products and user interfaces. Education includes a Master's degree in Design for Interaction from Delft University of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from Eindhoven University of Technology.
