Sasa Ferrari is the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at Momentive. Prior to their current role, they served as the Senior Director of Technical and G&A Recruiting at DocuSign from December 2015 to October 2018. In this role, they provided leadership to recruiting team across San Francisco, Seattle, and remote locations. Sasa also oversaw recruiting for all non-sales functions at DocuSign, including Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, UX, IT, Security, Legal, Finance, and HR. Additionally, Sasa served as interim HRBP handling employee relations, employee survey action planning, compensation planning, training and roll out of DocuSign's new performance review process.

Before their time at DocuSign, Sasa was a Staffing Lead at Google from December 2009 to December 2015. During their time at Google, they acquired talent for both technical and non-technical roles. Sasa managed a team of 20+ full life-cycle recruiters across the U.S. and was responsible for scaling Google's People Services organization. Sasa also created the first diversity sourcing team for G&A recruiting and built a technical team (engineers and product managers) from the ground up to build an enterprise product that was in stealth mode for several years at Google.

Sasa Ferrari studied radio and television at San Francisco State University and earned a bachelor's degree from the school.
