Lisa Sherwell

Lisa Sherwell serves as the Chief People Officer and SVP of Strategy & Transformation at SUSE, where significant accomplishments include establishing a transformation function to support growth and prepare for an IPO in 2021. Lisa leads post-acquisition integration efforts, overseeing over 12 project managers and driving initiatives such as pricing strategy and organizational restructuring. Previously, at SAP, Lisa held the roles of Global Account Director and VP of Strategy & Transformation, successfully enhancing customer relations and establishing partnerships within Unilever's ecosystem. Earlier experiences include leadership positions at Merchants, where Lisa directed multiple sales teams and managed major call center operations. Lisa holds a BA in Law, Psychology, Sociology, and Politics from the University of the Witwatersrand.
