Paul Bailey

Paul Bailey currently serves as the Head of Global Revenue Operations at SUSE, a position held since November 2023. Prior to this, Paul held significant roles at Citrix as Sr Director of APJ Sales Operations from December 2018 to January 2023 and at VMware, where Paul was Vice President of Global Sales Operations from March 2009 to April 2018, and Vice President of Business Operations for Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ) earlier. Notable experiences include leadership in sales operational strategy, overseeing sales centers of excellence, developing operational teams, and contributing to cross-functional initiatives across multiple regions, including EMEA, APJ, and global markets. Earlier in Paul’s career, Paul worked at Juniper Networks as Sr Director of Sales Operations for EMEA. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Statistics from the University of Bath, obtained in 1993.
