Kaiying Xu is a seasoned operations leader currently serving as the Head of Operations at Suvera since August 2020, where responsibilities include overseeing Business, Technical, and Care Operations Teams as well as contributing to cross-functional success as a Chief of Staff. Previously, Kaiying held roles as a Strategic Partnerships Manager at Suvera, an Account Manager at TPP focused on business growth in several regions, and Chairwoman of the UCL Guild, which became the largest society at UCL under their leadership. Additional experiences include marketing roles at Amazon UK and STA Travel, an internship at Hertz, and brief programs at Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley. Kaiying holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from UCL, completed in 2018.

Ultimately we support general practice to help reduce the demand for care on GPs while also improving outcomes for patients.
