Kranti Khanolkar Sety has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Kranti Khanolkar Sety started their career in 2001 at GTL Ltd, where they worked across HR functions and managed various HR services. From 2006 to 2007, they worked at Randox Laboratories, setting up the India Human Resources function and transitioning HR activities from the Northern Ireland team.
In 2008, they joined The ConJoin Group (now known as Anthelio Health) as a Sr. Manager - Human Resources, and later served as the Assistant General Manager - Human Resources. Their role involved setting up the HR function in India and building start-up operations and capabilities.
In 2010, Kranti became the Global Head of Human Resources at Elara Capital, where they worked until 2013. Kranti Khanolkar Sety then joined Suryoday Micro Finance Pvt Ltd as an Associate Vice President - Human Resources from 2014 to 2016.
Since 2016, Kranti has been associated with Svatantra Microfin Pvt. Ltd, initially as the Senior Vice President - Human Resources and currently as the President - Human Resources. Svatantra is a microfinance institution that aims to economically empower rural entrepreneurs, particularly women, through affordable financial and non-financial solutions.
Kranti Khanolkar Sety's education history begins with a primary school education at Sir J J School in Parel Mumbai from 1983 to 1990. They then attended King George High School and obtained their High School degree in the field of SSC from 1990 to 1996. Following this, Kranti studied at Ramnarain Ruia College in Mumbai, earning a Higher Secondary Certificate in Art/Art Studies from 1996 to 1998. They continued their education at the same college and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from 1998 to 2001. Kranti later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Development and Management at Welingkar Institute of Management from 2004 to 2007. In 2022, they completed an Executive Programme in Communication Strategies for Corporate Leaders at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. In 2023, Kranti attended The Wharton School and achieved a Chief Human Resources Officers Program degree in Business & Strategic Human Resources. Additionally, in 2023, Kranti obtained a certification in Psychology of Strategic Leadership from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad Executive Education.
