Roni Jokinen

Roni Jokinen is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Treasury Manager and Business Controller at Swappie since August 2022. Previously, Roni held various roles at EY from April 2018 to August 2022, including Manager and Senior Analyst in Strategy and Transactions, with a successful track record in financial due diligence for over 30 M&A engagements, as well as serving as the product owner for an AI-based due diligence tool in the Nordics. Roni's earlier experience includes positions at CCEA Oy, Danske Bank, John Deere, and Metsä Wood, alongside significant educational qualifications in Finance and Business Administration from the University of Vaasa and the University of Stuttgart.
