Ainslie R. Rhoads

Ainslie R. Rhoads currently serves as an Associate Transactional Attorney at SEI since January 2024 and has been an Assistant Field Hockey Coach at Swarthmore College since August 2019. Previously, Ainslie Rhoads worked as an Associate Attorney at Eastburn and Gray, PC from August 2022 to January 2024 and gained experience as a Volunteer Law Clerk at Christian Legal Clinics of Philadelphia from May 2021 to April 2022. Ainslie Rhoads held legal internship roles with NewLane Finance and as a Law Clerk at Eastburn and Gray, PC. Coaching experience includes serving as a Goalkeeping Coach at Main Line Field Hockey Club and as a Varsity Assistant Coach and Goalkeeping Coach at Gwynedd Mercy Academy High School, where the team won the 2016 District 1-A Championship. Ainslie Rhoads holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Drexel University's Thomas R. Kline School of Law and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sport Management from Drexel University.
