Teaching Tolerance- How To Talk To Kids Swarthmore College Series Curator & Facilitator at Swarthmore College

Kelly Yiadom currently serves as the Director of Equity, Justice, and Belonging for Lower and Middle Schools at Westtown School, where collaboration with the Principals facilitates intentional equity and inclusion initiatives. As Co-Founder of Circle of Giving 2020, Kelly has played a pivotal role in providing essential support to families during the global pandemic. In addition, Kelly is a series curator and facilitator for the Teaching Tolerance "How to Talk to Kids" workshops at Swarthmore College, promoting discussions on critical social issues. Previous experience includes serving as a College Advisor at Bryn Mawr College and a TEDx Speaker, focusing on the importance of representation in education. With a Bachelor's degree in English Literature and Education from Swarthmore College and a Diversity & Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University, Kelly has a strong foundation in fostering inclusive environments in educational settings.
