Colleen Palmer

Colleen Palmer, CBCP, currently serves as a Business Continuity Analyst III at SWBC since November 2023. Previously, Colleen held the position of Lead Technology Business Systems Consultant at Wells Fargo from February to December 2023, where responsibilities included leading complex initiatives and defining functional requirements for technology solutions. At WEX, from March 2019 to December 2023, Colleen functioned as a Business Resilience Manager, managing Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plans. Colleen's earlier experience includes serving as a Disaster Recovery Coordinator at SUPERVALU from June 2005 to March 2019, where coordination of DR testing and cross-country recovery exercises was pivotal. Colleen began the professional journey at Dexma, working in Product Operations from July 2000 to April 2006. Colleen holds an Associate of Science degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Hennepin Technical College.
