Prior to this role, Olavi held various positions at Swedbank from January 2009 to January 2018, including COO of Group Lending & Payments, COO of Group Products, and Head of Product Lifecycle Management Division in the Group Payments and Cash Management Unit. Earlier career experience includes serving as Head of Payments & Cash Management product department at Hansabank from February 2000 to December 2008, where Olavi led product development for the Estonian market, and earlier as a Product Manager for payment products. Educational qualifications include an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Tartu and a short program from London Business School in 2010.
