Josh Glider

Josh Glider currently serves as the Head of Services at SwiftComply since March 2025. Prior to this role, Josh was the Director of Professional Services at OpenGov Inc. from December 2022 to February 2025, overseeing a team of over 24 staff and managing a portfolio of more than 200 projects focused on SaaS implementation. From June 2012 to December 2022, Josh held multiple positions at Cartegraph, including Director of Professional Services, where revenue targets approached $4 million and customer retention reached 98%. Earlier roles included Professional Services Operations Manager, Field Services Manager, Implementation Support Specialist, and Technical Support Specialist. Additional experience includes a tenure as Web Coordinator at Peninsula Gaming and a Packaging and Imaging Support Specialist at IBM. Josh holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems from Clarke University, completed in 2010.
