Francisco Maximino has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Francisco began their career at FNAC Portugal in 2007 as a Logistics Operator and later moved on to various positions within the company, including Seller, Commercial, Supply Chain & Demand Planner, and Internal Continuous Improvement Trainer. In 2018, they joined SEPHORA as a Supply Chain & Demand Planner and Cash Manager & Business Controller. In 2022, they joined 360hyper, where they served as a Finance I Senior Controller and later as Head of Operations and Head of Operational Business Development. Francisco then moved on to SwiftSO in 2023, where they currently hold the position of Head of Operational Business Development.
Francisco Maximino studied Management at ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics & Management. In June 2016, they were recognized as a finalist in the IX National Start Up Program Competition by Junior Achievement Portugal.
