Katherine Moody

Katherine Moody is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in strategic communication and content development. Currently serving as a Senior Communications Advisor at Swinburne University of Technology since October 2018, Katherine is responsible for planning and executing multi-channel content for various stakeholders. Previously, Katherine held multiple roles at The Salvation Army Australia from 2012 to 2018, culminating in the position of Brand and Marketing Manager, where key campaigns like the Red Shield Appeal were managed. Katherine also has experience as a Media & Research Coordinator and Content Coordinator, enhancing the organization's media presence and storytelling efforts. Earlier roles include a Ministerial Office Intern at the Attorney-General's Department of Victoria and editorial positions with New Life Christian Newspaper and Farrago Magazine. Katherine holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Media and Communications from the University of Melbourne.
