Kerstin Hubrich

Kerstin Hubrich is an experienced professional in compensation management and human resources, currently serving as the Group Head of Compensation Management at Swiss Life since January 2022. Previously, Kerstin held the position of Head of Compensation and Reporting at Swiss Life Asset Managers from November 2017 to December 2021, and worked as a Manager at hkp/// group for a brief period in 2017, focusing on performance and talent management. With a strong background at Oerlikon, Kerstin progressed from Global Trainee to positions including Global Reward Manager and HR Project Manager, overseeing programs related to reward, organizational effectiveness, and global mobility.
