Prior to this, Joel gained valuable experience through an internship in Operations Planning at Zurich Airport Ltd in July 2009. Joel holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Aviation - Operation and Management from ZHAW School of Engineering, earned between 2007 and 2010.
