Jeff Ilko, MA, SHRM-CP, PHR, currently serves as VP of People + Performance at Switch since September 2022, where responsibilities include developing and executing human resource strategy aligned with business goals and enhancing organizational culture. Previous roles encompass adjunct instructor positions at Missouri Baptist University, a Human Resource Business Advisor at Ascension, and a Director of Human Resources at Advanced ICU Care, among others. Jeff Ilko has extensive experience managing human resources functions, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and training development in various organizations. Educational qualifications include two Master of Arts degrees in Human Resources Development and Human Resource Management from Webster University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management with an emphasis in Business Administration.
