Jason Hayes has extensive experience in telecom operations, currently serving as the Director of Telecom Operations - Sales at Switch since January 2015, where responsibilities include strengthening customer and carrier relationships, streamlining internal processes, and overseeing network implementations. Prior roles at Switch include managing global telecom solutions as the Telecom Sales Operations Manager and leading telecom auditing and purchasing as the Telecom Project Manager. Jason also has a background in staff training and quality assurance, contributing to company culture and operations. Prior to Switch, Jason owned Flatline Studios LTD, designing family-friendly haunted houses and training staff, and has worked in various technical roles in the entertainment industry and historical preservation. Jason holds an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a BS in Business Management and Entrepreneurship from Brigham Young University - Idaho.
