Prior to this, they held the role of HR Business Partner at the same company. Rebecca also worked at Ebor Academy Trust as a Human Resources & Recruitment Advisor. Rebecca gained experience in administrative HR roles at Clipper Logistics plc, where they served as a Human Resources Administrator, and at Tesco as a Visual Merchandiser. Their longest tenure was at Arcadia Group Ltd, where they were a Cluster Manager for the Wallis brand in Leeds. In this role, they were responsible for team development, driving store sales, and managing stock levels.
Rebecca Ward Associate CIPD, CMgr completed a Level 5 CMI in Management Coaching & Mentoring from the Chartered Management Institute in 2023. In 2017, they attained an Associate's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from CIPD Qualifications. Furthermore, they also obtained a certification in Human Resource Management from ICS Learn in the same year. Prior to their academic pursuits, Rebecca underwent a retail management training course at Arcadia Group in 2005.
