Kate Brodock has a diverse work experience. Kate began their career as a Mentor at Techstars in 2012, then became a Founding Member of Chief in 2018. In 2016, they became the CEO of Switch, where they built a future where the global innovation economy was built and run by founders, capital allocators and ecosystem players that were truly and fully representative of the challenges they were tackling. In 2019, they became a General Partner at W Fund, and in 2021 they became an Investor at round21 and an Entrepreneur In Residence at Emory University - Goizueta Business School. In 2020, they became an Investor at Goal Five and EnrichHER. Kate is currently a Board Member at Curastory and Haloo.

Kate Brodock has an impressive educational background. Kate received their MBA in Entrepreneurship and Marketing from Emory University - Goizueta Business School in 2008 and their MA in Security Studies and Southwest Asia & Islamic Civilization from The Fletcher School at Tufts University in 2008. Kate also earned their BA in History, Political Science, International Relations, and French from the University of Rochester in 2003.
