Shea Sinnott

Shea Sinnott is a seasoned professional currently serving as Chief of Staff at SWTCH, where responsibilities include facilitating strategic alignment and enhancing communication across the company. Previously, Shea held various roles within Social Innovation Canada, including Director of Programs for the Accelerate from Anywhere initiative, which supported cleantech entrepreneurs, and Senior Programs Manager for Earth Tech, an accelerator focused on water and climate challenges. Shea's prior experience encompasses program management at Code for Canada, independent consulting, community organizing for the David Suzuki Foundation, and leadership in community organizing training with Organize BC, as well as operations management at OpenMedia.ca. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Adult Education & Community Development from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education of the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Communications Studies from McGill University.
