Jason Foster

Jason Foster has extensive experience in operations and plant management across multiple industries. Jason currently serves as the Vice President of Operations at SyBridge Technologies. Prior to this, they held various roles at Kennametal, including Plant Manager and Senior Manager of Operational Excellence. Jason also served as a Plant Manager at DESTACO and Operations Leader at Trane. Additionally, they worked as a Division Lean Manager at Parker Hannifin, Plant Manager at Sulzer, and Operations Manager at Federal Mogul. Earlier in their career, they held positions at Danaher, Invensys, and Woodward, where they gained experience in lean manufacturing, quality management, and project management.

Jason Foster holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University. Jason pursued further education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business from East Carolina University's College of Business in 2007.
