Rune Rudbeck is an experienced professional in risk modeling and business intelligence, currently serving as the Head of Risk Models at Sydbank since March 2012. In this role, Rune leads a team focused on developing advanced Internal Ratings-Based (IRB) models for credit risk using SQL server and Microsoft R server. Previously, as Head of BI and Datawarehouse, Rune managed a team of 16 developers on internal DWH and BI projects utilizing MS SQL Server tools, including SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, and Power BI. Rune's earlier experience at Danske Bank includes roles as Senior Analyst, focused on portfolio credit risk modeling and related financial analyses, and as Assistant Analyst in Credit Management Information. Rune holds a Master of Science degree in Mathematics and Economics from the University of Copenhagen, earned between 2002 and 2007.
