Thomas Canova has extensive experience in the field of renewable materials and biotechnology. Thomas is currently the EVP and Head of Renewable Materials and Biotechnology Growth Platform at Syensqo, a role they have held since December 2023. Thomas Canova obtained a Bachelor's degree in Materials Engineering from UFSCar - Alumni in 1994. Thomas then pursued a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from POLI (USP) from 2003 to 2005. In 2007 and 2008, they completed an MBA in Innovation Management, Knowledge, and Technology at FIA. In 2013, Thomas attended INSEAD for a program in Strategic R&D Management.
