Matthew Blair

Matthew Blair is an experienced change management professional with a diverse background across various sectors. Currently serving as Change Lead at Symatrix since January 2022, Matthew has previously held positions such as Change Manager at Sue Ryder, where a self-service HR and Payroll system was implemented. As a Change Management Consultant at HRCubed, Matthew focused on business process analysis and technology value enhancement.
