Amalie Tinus

Amalie Tinus is an experienced program and talent management professional, currently serving as a Program Manager for the Contingent Workforce at Symbotic since May 2024. Previously, Amalie held various talent acquisition and operational roles at Genioo and SmarterTravel, including Talent Specialist and Talent Operations Specialist. Amalie's early career included roles at Toast, Inc. and Wayfair, with a focus on candidate experience and project coordination. Amalie's background also features experience in retail management at Süka Clothing and The Last Mango, complemented by a strong educational foundation with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Government and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Rhode Island, alongside a year abroad at Universidad de Sevilla.
