Wencie Villanueva is an experienced Applications Support Analyst III at Symitar, a position held since March 2014, focusing on support for the lending platform within the Symitar core system and serving as a subject matter expert for FICS and external loan interfaces. Prior to this role, Wencie Villanueva served as a Client Support Representative at Fiserv from February 2007 to March 2014, and as a Customer Support Representative at Symitar from February 2002 to February 2007. Wencie Villanueva holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Technology from San Diego State University, completed between 1985 and 1990, and graduated from Robert E. Fitch High School in 1984.
