Fernanda Kidwell

Fernanda Kidwell is an experienced Recruiting Coordinator at Synapse Product Development, where responsibilities include managing the hiring process and enhancing recruiting practices since August 2010. Fernanda is currently developing various programs, such as the employee review process, internship program, and relocation packet. Prior to this role, Fernanda served as the Assistant Business Manager at Pinnale Property Management from July 2008 to June 2010, overseeing occupancy and management of onsite staff in one of Washington state's largest apartment communities. Fernanda holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication from the University of Washington, earned between 2003 and 2006.
