Jonathan Squires has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Jonathon started their career in 2006 at Synectic Systems Group Ltd., where they worked as a Technical Service Engineer and later became a Pre Sales Manager and Manager of the Technology Applications Team. In 2014, they joined IntelliCentrics as a Senior Product Manager and eventually took on the roles of Product Management and Operations Director and Global Director - IoT. Currently, they are working at Synectics as a Senior Project Manager and Head of Technology Partnerships and Enterprise Solutions.
Jonathon Squires completed their education in a chronological manner. Jonathon started their academic journey in 2000 at Nottingham Trent University, where they pursued a HND in Computing with a focus on Computer Software Engineering. Jonathon completed this degree in 2002.
Following this, Jonathon attended Sheffield Hallam University from 2002 to 2006. Here, they obtained a BSc Hons in Computing Networks, specializing in Computer networks and security, as well as Distributed Computing.
In addition to their formal education, Jonathon has earned several certifications. Jonathon obtained their Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) designation from the Scrum Alliance in October 2018 and another CSPO certification in October 2020. Jonathon has also earned various certifications from the Pragmatic Institute, including Pragmatic Certified Product Master, Pragmatic Certified Product Marketer, Pragmatic Certified Product Manager, and additional levels of certification. Furthermore, Jonathon completed various courses in areas such as finance, sales, and theater access qualification.
