Laura Parker

Laura Parker has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries and roles. Their most recent role is as the Lead Portfolio Assurance at Synergy, where they are responsible for portfolio management. Prior to that, they worked as the Portfolio Enablement Capability Lead and Product Owner at the same company. Laura also worked as a Discovery and Design Practitioner at Synergy. Before joining Synergy, Laura worked at ASG Group as a Business Analyst and Practice Lead. Laura also has extensive experience as a Business Analyst and Senior Consultant at Wipro Limited, where they worked on enterprise information management projects. Earlier in their career, Laura worked at Horizon Power as a Project Governance Support Officer, Brooke Stone Real Estate as a Business Process Manager/Business Analyst, Westpac as a Senior Customer Service Representative, Allshare Finance as a Computer Programmer, and Telstra International as a Team Leader/Mentor and Senior Customer Service Representative. Laura has demonstrated strong skills in project management, business analysis, and customer service throughout their career.

Laura Parker attended Curtin University from 2002 to 2006. Laura did not obtain a degree or specialize in a specific field of study during their time there. In addition to their university education, Laura has obtained several certifications, including being a Certified Practitioner of Human-Centred Design from LUMA Institute in 2022, completing a Customer Experience: Service Blueprinting course through LinkedIn in 2021, and completing an Agile Requirements Foundations course through LinkedIn in 2018.
