Currently serving as the Executive Director of Marketing and Communication at Synergy Group since August 2023, Jo previously held significant positions such as Executive Business Manager for Communications and Engagement at ACT Health Directorate and Head of the Global Ambassador Program at Business Events Sydney. Additional roles include key leadership positions at NSW Business Chamber and Sydney Business Chamber, where responsibilities spanned markets, member services, and corporate relations. Jo's earlier career includes serving as Deputy CEO at the Australian Business Foundation and Director of Communications and Partner Relations at the International Centre for Complex Project Management. Jo began the professional journey as National Marketing Manager at Acumen Alliance (later Oakton), demonstrating a strong foundation in strategic marketing.
