Adrian Tudosca, EMBA, FCCA, serves as the Regional Finance Director for Healthcare and Diagnostic Services at Medicover Romania and Synevo SEE since May 2019, while also holding the role of Regional Finance Director for South East Europe at Synevo Romania since August 2017. In these positions, Adrian manages finance and procurement across multiple legal entities, represents the company in public office interactions, and plays a key role in local business strategy and process improvement. Previously, Adrian held various finance roles at PepsiCo from 2012 to 2017, where responsibilities included ensuring effective control environments and financial accuracy for the East Balkans. Earlier experience includes an audit supervisor role at Deloitte from 2007 to 2012, managing audit engagements and developing audit teams. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Tiffin University and ACCA certification, complemented by degrees in Economics from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest.
