Paul Philips

Paul Philips has over a decade of experience in supply chain management, currently serving as the Supply Chain Operations Lead AMEA for Disease Control at Syngenta since February 2020. In this role, Paul oversees end-to-end supply chain operations across the Asia Pacific, Middle East, Africa, and Russia - KAZBEC region. Previously, Paul held significant positions at Novartis, including Manager of Tactical Planning for Global Clinical Supply Operations and Manager of Supply Chain Management for drug substance projects. Prior experience includes demand planning at Kansai Nerolac Paints Ltd. Paul's educational background includes a General Management Program from the Indian School of Business and a PGDM in Manufacturing Management from Symbiosis Institute of Operations Management, along with a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kerala.
