Sarah Grizard

Sarah Grizard is a Global HRIS Manager at Synthomer since September 2019, overseeing the daily support and maintenance of the Workday HR Information system and serving as the Functional Lead for various HR modules. Prior to this role, Sarah held positions including HR Business Analyst II and HR Generalist II, where responsibilities included supporting management and employees on HR policies and practices. Sarah's experience at ALDI USA as a District Manager involved managing operations across multiple stores and overseeing significant sales. An internship as a District Manager Intern at ALDI SÜD provided insight into store operations and customer service.
