David Varghese

David Varghese is a seasoned professional in the construction and development industry, currently serving as a Senior Director of Development at T5 Data Centers since April 2024. Prior to this role, David held the position of Senior Project Manager at JLL from July 2019 to April 2024, where significant project management experience was gained. David's career also includes roles at Holder Construction from June 2015 to July 2019, progressing from Preconstruction Engineer to Senior Project Engineer. David holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Construction and Management from Clemson University, awarded in 2015.
