Jamaal Jamison is an experienced Sr. Data Center Technician at T5 Data Centers since August 2021, following a role as a Technical Solutions Consultant at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from October 2015 to June 2020, where Jamaal delivered high-level system and application support and managed equipment configurations in a Datacenter lab. Prior to that, Jamaal served as a Sr. Technical Specialist for Network Support at Vonage, addressing diverse network issues and collaborating on project completions. Jamaal began a career in technical support at Lenovo from October 2008 to April 2015, focusing on systematic troubleshooting and client communication. Educational credentials include a BS in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from DeVry University and an Associate's degree in Network and System Administration from Orangeburg-Calhoun Technical College.
