Cindy Nivert

Cindy Nivert currently serves as the People Experience Lead and Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Tabby, the MENA's first fintech unicorn, since March 2024. In addition to this role, Cindy founded LesPetitesBulles, a mocktail bar service for private events in Dubai, in August 2023. Previously, Cindy held various leadership positions in talent acquisition, notably as Team Lead at OVRSEA where responsibilities included structuring the recruitment department and managing international hiring efforts. Other significant roles included Head of Talent Acquisition at Dreem, where efforts focused on employer branding and recruitment processes, and Talent Acquisition Specialist positions at Ippon Technologies and PALO IT, emphasizing tech recruitment. Education includes a Master's degree in Human Resources from SUP des RH.
