Lena V. is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as People Experience Lead at Wayve since April 2024, Lena previously held various senior positions at Ascential from May 2018 to December 2023, including Vice President of Human Resources for Talent Projects and the Marketing Division. Lena's earlier roles include Human Resources Manager for the EMEA region at Aristocrat and Senior HR Business Partner for EMEA & Global Finance at dunnhumby, where responsibilities extended to Latin America. Additionally, Lena has experience as HR Manager at G2 Worldwide and EMEA HR Business Partner Support at IBM.
