Jordan Ricardo is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruiting for engineering, technology, and operations roles across various innovative companies. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Partner at Tacto, a startup focusing on supply chain solutions, Jordan previously held positions as a Senior Recruiter at Lilium, Owner/Operator at Team de Resistance, and Head of Talent at Zenith Aerospace, where significant achievements included doubling the engineering team and establishing essential People Operations structures. Additional roles include leading talent acquisition at Kitty Hawk and recruiting for Kodiak Robotics and Lyft's Autonomous Vehicles Division.
