Assim Redwan is an experienced professional currently serving as the Violations Processing Manager at TAHAKOM since October 2023, overseeing the violations processing preparation and verification teams in the Western Region. Prior to this, Assim held various leadership roles at ccc by stc, including Quality & Business Intelligence Unit Head and Quality Unit Head, where responsibilities included managing quality standards and compliance. Assim's extensive background also features a decade of customer service and quality assurance experience at the Contact Center Company, as well as a history of terminal supervision during the Hajj seasons at King Abdulaziz International Airport. Assim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from King AbdulAziz University.
