Abdullah Zohaid is a lecturer at Taibah University since 2017 and has been a doctoral researcher and teaching assistant at the University of Birmingham since 2021. Abdullah has prior experience as an electrical engineer at aramco from 2015 to 2017 and at the Saudi Electricity Company in 2015. Currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Smart Power Distribution System Automation at the University of Birmingham (2021-2025), Abdullah holds a Master of Science in Electronic, Electrical and Power System Engineering from the same institution (2019-2020) and has completed additional studies in English Language and Literature. Abdullah earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Taibah University (2010-2015). Abdullah is a Senior Member of IEEE and the IET.
