John Haar

John Haar currently serves as the General Counsel for TAK Broadband, LLC, having joined the company in July 2024. Previously, John held the position of General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Premier Magnesia, LLC, where responsibilities included overseeing the legal functions of the organization and advising the executive management team and Board of Directors. John is also a member of Juris Collective since May 2021. Prior to these roles, John worked as Associate General Counsel at Good Samaritan Society, focusing on transactional and regulatory matters in the senior services industry, and held various legal positions at LodgeNet Interactive Corporation, ultimately serving as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel. John's career began with a role as Medical Claims Representative at Progressive Insurance. John earned a Juris Doctor degree from The University of South Dakota Knudson School of Law.
