Darren Richards

Darren Richards is a seasoned professional in the hospitality and franchise sectors with extensive experience, currently serving as the Head of Franchise Network at takealot.com since April 2015. Prior to this role, Darren held various positions at takealot.com, including National Franchise Compliance & Training Manager and National Franchise Operations Manager. Before joining takealot.com, Darren was the National Training Manager and Western Cape Regional Manager at vida e caffè from April 2012 to April 2015. Darren began a career in hospitality as a Restaurant Manager at Headquarters Restaurant from October 2009 to March 2012. Educationally, Darren earned a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from the Cape Peninsula University of Technology and completed Matric at the South African College School.
