Adam Fellows has a strong background in customer experience and management roles. Adam started their career in 2007 as a Customer Experience Manager at Optus and held the position until 2009. Adam then joined Optus again in 2009 as a Customer Knowledge Manager until 2012. From 2012 to 2018, Adam worked at TAL Australia as a Customer Experience Manager. From 2018 to 2020, they were promoted to the role of Head of Sales Assurance & Programs at TAL Australia. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Quality Assurance & Risk at TAL Australia, which they started in 2020.
Adam Fellows completed their Bachelor of Behavioural Science in Psychology from La Trobe University from 1990 to 1992. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in History from the same university from 1986 to 1989. Before pursuing higher education, they attended Trinity Grammar School from 1974 to 1986.
