Álvaro Martínez

Álvaro Martínez, MSc, Adm., serves as the Regional Sr. Director of Growth and Planning at talabat since July 2024. Previously, Álvaro held various key leadership roles at Rappi from March 2021 to July 2024, including CMO Mexico and Global Head of Growth and CRM, where Álvaro developed comprehensive growth strategies and enhanced CRM capabilities. Prior to Rappi, Álvaro was the Chief Executive Officer at Widhoc Smart Solutions S.L., focusing on water resource optimization. Álvaro also served as Director of Digital Sales and Online Channels at Banco de Crédito BCP and Head of Digital Sales Strategy and Online Channels at LATAM Airlines, achieving significant growth and transformation within those organizations. Academic credentials include a Master's in Business Development Management from The London School of Economics and experience in several global institutions and startups.
